We store so much unexpressed and repressed emotion in this part of the body and energy bodies. From disappointing experiences, to painful or uncomfortable memories associated with menstruation, fertility and sexuality. Allow yourself to feel all of those feelings and bring them back into love and into the myriad of possibilities that exist for your life.

How to apply:

Place half a dozen drops of oil into your left hand (receptive) and massage gently into your abdomen in a clockwise direction, over the reproductive area.  Also place a couple of drops on your heart and throat and anywhere you feel particularly drawn to. Check in with your body.  

Then lie back and taking some deep breaths and let go.  Ask to be surrounded by a beautiful soft white rose healing chamber and just imagine yourself lying on a bed of white rose petals. Use this time to meditate, focus on your breathing and connect with your heart and be open to receive your womb’s wisdom.  Also perfect for a beautiful sacred, intentional bathing experience.
